Privacy Policy
Original Labs operates the Ads Intelligence dashboard, a private analytics application for authorized users.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we use OAuth authentication to verify your identity. For Google sign-in, we request basic identity scopes: `openid`, `email`, and `profile`.
We may receive your email address and basic profile information from the identity provider. The application uses your email address to verify whether you are allowed to access the dashboard.
The application also processes business analytics data provided by the customer, such as advertising performance, product, inventory, margin, sales, and label rule data.
How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate users;
- check whether a user is in the access allowlist;
- show dashboards and analytics;
- apply and preview label rules;
- maintain audit logs for administrative actions;
- secure and operate the application.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, selling data, or unrelated third-party purposes.
Google user data
The application uses Google user data only for login and access control. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other personal Google account data.
If future versions connect directly to Google Ads APIs, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those permissions are requested.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data.
We may share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the application, such as hosting, database, and storage providers. These providers process data only to help us deliver the application.
Data storage and security
Authentication sessions are stored using secure cookies or backend session tokens. Application configuration, allowlists, audit logs, and analytics metadata may be stored in the application database.
Analytics files may be stored in commercial clouds or another customer-controlled storage location.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
Data retention
We retain user access records, configuration, and audit logs as long as needed to operate the application or comply with business requirements.
A user can request removal from the allowlist or deletion of associated access records by contacting us.
User choices
Users can sign out of the application at any time. Access can be revoked by removing the user’s email from the allowlist.
